Family owned and operated since 1995, Chip Bowdren began Crestview Home repair with 20 years of carpentry construction experience and 6 years of Management Level Experience while serving in the U.S. Air Force. Chip began his little business by maintaining 438 rentals with a "Handyman" license. Now, after a Florida State License—yes, Chip is an FSU fan!—and seven other licenses, we now maintain more than 2,318 rental properties with four Realty Companies. With a Business Partnership with his oldest son Robert, and Lead Driver and Maintenance Technician Tiffany, Chip runs the business with expertise of his daughter Elizabeth, who mans the helm as Office Manager and Scheduler (under the direct supervision of Chip's grandson Elijah!). We are assisted by the help of several well-qualified subcontractors, who dive in when needed. We also take care of sale properties for buyers and sellers, from rapid wood rot repair to total curb appeal renovations. We're well-known for our response to customers after massive damages from hurricanes and other natural disasters. Our mobile capability of laptop computers and portable printers has sped up the insurance adjustments of many cutomers. And our portable generators allow us to expedite repairs even when electric service has been lost.

Not only do we take care of individual homeowners and realtors with maintenance and repairs at Crestview Home Repair, we have expanded to having a total vinyl siding and painting crew. We remain consistently busy with the pricing discounts we offer, our reputation with the insurance companies, and with our in-depth proposals of damages and the quality of work we provide.

We maintain two completely stocked vehicles with the latest tools and equipment that the industry offers. Via the internet we document all "before, during and after" processes with digital photographs for review by the customer and insurance agencies. Our licenses are always updated, and we undergo 14 hours of continuing education every two years to keep current the changes in the construction industry. You are protected by our Workman's Compensation exemption and our General Liability Insurance, which keep our prices competive. We are also accredited business partners with the Better Business Bureau.
